This onsite workshop at your facility presented by Doug Hubbard includes a the one day analyst training course plus a one-day workshop to plan for how to implement what you learned in your organization. This course is for up to 15 people ranging from upper management to hands-on analysts. Day one includes all of the content of the AIE Webinar I & II including practical demonstrations of measuring intangibles, quantifying uncertainty and risk, computing the value of information and how these methods improve measurements and decisions. The second day is a workshop that focuses on how these methods could be applied to specific issues in your organization including performance metrics, investment portfolios, cost/benefit analysis, and risk management. The outcome is to identify specific, actionable next steps to get your organization on the path to improved measurements and management decisions.
